Laser whitening: It is performed in the office and consists of the application of a whitening gel on the teeth and activation of the laser. It can be performed only with laser whitening or associated with homemade.

Homemade whitening: Use of upper and lower trays made for the patient and indication of the ideal gel for each type of dentition. Can be used for 1 hour or night while sleeping. The duration of treatment is 10 to 14 days.
